Life's biggest transitions are rarely about just one thing. When clients come to me thinking they need career coaching, we often discover their work challenges connect to health issues, relationship changes, or disconnection from purpose and community.
As a former Air Force EOD superintendent, I understand high-pressure decision-making and leading through uncertainty. My transition into creative work as a photographer taught me the art of seeing new perspectives. Now, as a Clinical Psychology doctoral student, I bring evidence-based wellness approaches to my work as an ICF-certified coach.
I specialize in helping people navigate complex life changes by understanding how different areas of life influence each other. Using tools like the Pinnacle Wellness Assessment, I help clients see connections they've missed and design holistic solutions that address root causes, not just symptoms.
