Coaching engagements are governed by a written coaching agreement (and any applicable program supplement) signed at enrollment; where this Site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls. Scheduling runs through TidyCal; payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Subscription services renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation stops the next charge, and sessions already paid for in the current period remain valid through the period end.
